is a project which has to be considered as an experimental work projecting identities in a socioculture. In an artistic way (videoclips, acting, written interviews) it will showcase the lives of these 10 people who have chosen to live in Barcelona not for economic reasons but for admiration of the city itself. These people who randomly came together in this microcosmos.
Is this the modern way of living? People who come and go and share a limited time and place together. Have internet sites such as facebook, applications such as skype and cheap flights, made it possible and easy to live in this way? How much of their heritage survives in their lives in Barcelona? Or are these 10, Barcelonese for a limited time?
Each of the protagonist will be accompanied by filming on the same day, on January 17th 2011 to present their personal Barcelona. Each video is 2.40 min (2.40 min x 10 people = 24 min = 24 hours) and starts in the shared kitchen area of the flat.
